The fault treatment of roots blower

One:   about insufficient air volume treatment.

(1(Large rotor gap，Approach to use tools to adjust the gap

(2)Seal leakage，Approach to use the  replacement  of seal
    (3)Filter mesh blocked. Approach to use the replace or clean the filter.

Two:   Motor overload problem.

(1)If the lubricating oil doesn't work. It is recommended to replace the high quality lubricating oil.

（2）Oil ring does not turn or it turns too slowly. Suggest repair or replacement.

（3）The fan shaft motor is misaligned. The proposal is redirected.

Three: Seal wear problem treatment.

（1）The sealing ring and axle sleeve have the same axiality error. The solution is to replace worn parts.

（2） Shaft bending or debris entering the sealing ring. The solution clears the clutter and corrects the shaft.

（3）)The rotor vibrates too big or bearing clearance is too large, The solution is to replace the bearings to remove the effects of deformation.
